Sensacional - Il Bene Fatto Bene
Sensacional is a non-profit, non-partisan organisation, that does not belong to any religious group. It proposes itself as a democratic civil society actor and it aims to be open and accessible to everybody, representing a meeting point where ideas can be shared and improved.
The introduction of new technologies in the execution of social projects provides people with much more opportunities to actively participate in social change, from the local level to the global one. Our initiative is the result of the analysis of the international development cooperation system made by a group of young experts who have been working extensively for NGOs and international organizations.
Traditional international cooperation mechanisms are frequently inefficient, corrupted, redundant and self-referential. Our objective is to make them more flexible and effective, creating an initiative whose core values are moral and executive transparency, in order to satisfy the real needs of people facing difficult situations and to value local ideas aimed at supporting their own communities.
